Any Complaints?

First, I have to say almost every customer was quite pleased with this Davinci Kalani Crib. They highly appreciated its beauty and sturdiness. Then let’s move to the downsides. Some people complained that there are noticeable holes after assembly, which makes it looks ugly. They demanded the manufacturer to offer some screw cap covers, but as far as I am concerned, this is not a wise choice, for the coves could be a choking hazard. The best way to solve the problem which according to a customer is to go buy some 1/2 inch round white sticker from Walmart and stuck 2 over each hole and it would cover them perfectly. About the dents problem, a lot of parents complained that the crib can be scratched easily. What I want to say is for people who are picky about dents and scratches on the surface of the wood, this is probably not the crib for you… However, you will not like ANY crib around this price. The Kalani crib, like all cribs around this price, is a softwood crib and shows wear very very easily. Hardwood cribs wear better but are also A LOT more expensive.
